Reclaimed Hemlock is an unique raw material. It splits very spirally and has an enormous amount of character. The straight polyurethane option eliminates the epoxy [clearcoat filling] process from finishing. While the top will be less practical given the amount of unfilled distressing, some of our customers appreciate it as you can feel the original distressing.
