Custom Elliptical Shaped Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table with Epoxy Finish

Reclaimed Wood Boardroom Table with Greytone Treatment to Maintain the Colour of Unfinished

To have the benefit of the epoxy & polyurethane clearcoat finish in the colour of unfinished, consider our greytone treatment option. We seal the wood before the finishing process so that the wood won’t darken up when clearcoated. Check out boardroom table we made recently in this option:

Custom Ultra Heavy Duty Reclaimed Wood Island made of Threshing Floor & Hand-Hewn Beams

We go overkill with all dimensions when we build. For this custom island we built – incorporating a lot “on-site” elements – the customer opted for our extra thick 3″ top and hand-hewn beams. See pics below!

Reclaimed Wood Counter Top Hutch Project

We limit ourselves in order to focus on our main competencies by not doing any “on-site”/contractor type work. However, as long we have decent specifications, we can build/finish in our shop for simple on-site installation. This was one such case; where we made a hutch to stand on top of an existing counter top. See pics below:

Modern Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table

We design our coffee tables around the sizing the reclaimed wood came out of the old barn. As a result most of our designs are simple with straight lines. This works well in more modern spaces; see some pics below of a reclaimed wood coffee table we made for a modern space:

The dark colour of old Ontario barn wood comes from its age. The various brown patina tones will stand out as a centerpiece is almost any space. Check out this custom reclaimed wood table we recently delivered:

Custom Bar Height Trestle Style Reclaimed Wood Island

Islands are done many different ways. While less common, many of our customers opt to simply raise one of our table styles to island height. Check out this trestle island we create:

Custom Four Door Reclaimed Wood Hutch with Black Stain Treatment & Lee Valley Hardware

For a consistently dark colour with no redder tones, our new black stain treatment may be a good option. This hutch customer opted for this. Another unique element on this project was the sqaure, heavy duty crown molding. We typically use a 45 degree angle crown; but in this case the client wanted a straight lines, modern design. We offer custom steel inlays in our product. Most of the time, we embed these in a table top. In this case; we embedded the steel in the front of a desk. See pics below.
