Rustic Ontario Made Hemlock Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table with Epoxy Finish

Old Ontario barnwood has a lot of rustic beauty, particularly with the amount of distressing we maintain. Here’s some pics of a coffee table we made for a customer:

Reclaimed Wood Boardroom Table we Dual Layer Steel Logo Embedding & Epoxy Clearcoat Finish

We offer custom steel graphic embedding in our reclaimed wood table tops. We laser cut logos/graphic and then router the steel into the table top. Then we flood epoxy clearcoat over top. Check out this complex 2 layered steel project we did for a company’s boardroom table:

Modern Reclaimed Wood Waterfall Island

We offer islands with 3″ reclaimed wood joist mitered waterfall edges. This was trickier than we thought. With a special skill saw, it is possible. See pics below of a recent island project:

Reclaimed Wood Corner Hutch with Internal Shelving

Even a small sized corner hutch is a great way to add a lot of storage in a generally otherwise unused place. Our reclaimed wood hutches can be customized to any size/style/finish. Here’s a corner hutch project we recently completed (see pics below).

Custom L Shaped Reclaimed Wood Desk with Black Stain Treatment + Epoxy Finish

Our new black stain treatment cuts out the red tones in the original barnwood patina. The natural colour is our most popular option, however in certain spaces removing the redder tones is important. Check out this desk we made for a Waterloo client using this method:

Custom Reclaimed Wood Sawbuck Boardroom Table with Epoxy Finish

Since we design our tables around the way the wood came out of the old barns, many of our designs are fairly “straight lines”. The less turnings/milling the better as almost all the faces will be original face distressing. Check out this boardroom table we made with a simple sawbuck design:

Custom Reclaimed Wood Island with Light Coating Epoxy Option

To feel more of the original distressing, we offer the light coating epoxy option. While slightly less practical, the authenticity of the original wood comes out even more with lighter clearcoat filling. See pics below of an island project we did using this option.

Reclaimed Wood Closet Storage Hutch

The interior of our reclaimed wood hutches can be custom made for many applications. The most common tends to be simple adjustable shelves, but we can also install a hanging rod up top, for example. Check out this custom hutch we made for a customer using this option.

Custom Reclaimed Wood Desk with Stainless Steel Metal Base with Cabinetry Incorporated

With custom desks, the calculations in terms of clearance are different than other furniture. The imperative is to make everything as “handy” as possible for maximum productivity. For this project, the client wanted access to cabinetry to be close by. We incorporated a custom cabinet within the design. See pics below.
